Front riverside. T1) Grape Vine x 1 (Vitis vinifera), Vine growing up the balconies facing the river. Prune the growth back to the main frame to maintain. Try and encourage to go up another level. Side of property. T2) Fig x 2 (Ficus carica). Ivy, fig, are growing over the wall into the neighbouring property. Trim face of ivy to flatten off against wall. Go along length of the wall pruning back anything that is growing towards the adjacent building without compromising the anchorage of the ivy, clearing gutter while there. Reduce figs trees back to previous points, and reducing any branches encroaching on to the neighbouring property. Side of property. T3) Elder x 1 (Sambucus nigra). Reduce back to previous points and from building by up to 0.5m; reduce height by up to 1.5m.
