As requested, please see attached completed application form Modification or Discharge of a Planning Obligation together with, a draft deed of variation, the original S.106 agreement and correspondence to Stacey Salter, Planning Enforcement Officer setting out the background and reason why a deed of variation is needed/requested. The coving note to Stacy confirms my acting solicitors' details and confirms that we are expecting to pay the council reasonable costs as part of the variation.
