  One large white pine in rear garden - I cannot deem the tree as safe - The tree is out of perpendicular while also being very top heavy, with the lean towards property. The tree is also showing signs of deterioration with broken branches currently caught up the tree, and many previously removed from trunk. These issues are compounded by the fact lower Shooters Hill sits on a bed of London clay. These factors make it not possible for me to deem the tree as safe. I recommend removing the tree and planting something else more suitable.

  Pictures 1-4 are of T3 Honey Locust and show the decay at the base of the tree. - due to large cavity at the base of the tree this limb needs to be removed to prevent over exerted force on a week stem and crown reduce remainder of crown by up to 30% if required to balance and leave the tree in a safe condition. Pictures 5-7 are of T5 Lime and show the decay in the main stem. - reduce the tree to the main union at 3 metres due to large cavity at the base of the tree.
