Removal of one Leylandii, which is the central one of a bank of 3 (Tree 2* on the sketch plan), located at the rear of the property. The trees were planted very close together, and as they have matured, this has resulted in overcrowding and affected the healthy growth of them. I am only seeking approval to remove the central tree, at this time. None of the trees can be seen from the road.

CEDAR COTTAGE, 20 HEATHWAY, BLACKHEATH, LONDON, SE3 7AN
(T1) (T12 on TPO schedule) Dead Cedar: section fell to ground level Tree is completely dead, which has happened suddenly. After a brief conversation with the owners, it seems that the whole area may be suffering from Honey Fungus. They have lost a recently planted Birch and had another Cedar suddenly die a few years ago. Customers said the garden is often covered in mushrooms at certain times of the year. They are keen to replant but I have suggested doing some investigation first to prevent future planting from perishing. Height 9.0m Crown spread 6.0m
