One large white pine in rear garden - I cannot deem the tree as safe - The tree is out of perpendicular while also being very top heavy, with the lean towards property. The tree is also showing signs of deterioration with broken branches currently caught up the tree, and many previously removed from trunk. These issues are compounded by the fact lower Shooters Hill sits on a bed of London clay. These factors make it not possible for me to deem the tree as safe. I recommend removing the tree and planting something else more suitable.

T1 Ash Front of property: Crown Reduction - To reduce the height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 2M and to shape accordingly- remove major deadwood and Ivy. H1 Viburnum Front RHB: To re-level (up to 1M from the highest point) and trim all sides to create a tight and compact hedge, to include trimming around the street sign. G1 3 x Holm Oak Along rear boundary: - reduce the overall height and radial spread of the canopy by up to 1.5M maintaining a natural shape, crown lift to approximately 2M above ground level, in order to create individual specimen trees and remove major deadwood. To include removing any previously discarded arisings from around the bases of the trees along with the Ivy growing through the canopy to create a more useable and lighter space.

The very large white popular (Populus alba) has a large limb growing over the property roof. The end of the limb has a large rot pocket it and the rotten centre has fallen out nearly hitting the residents child playing under the tree. There is still a lot of growth and weight on the end of the limb and there is a very strong fear the limb may fail either damaging the property or hitting the residents child playing of family in the driveway. I strongly suggest the limb is reduced by around 2mtrs back to sound wood again to eliminate the risk of future snap outs. As this work is extremely high priority can I request it on a 5 day emergency decision.

The apple tree (malus domestica) in question is completely dead and needs to be removed as branches are now falling from it and there are small children laying around n the garden regularly. Can this be put on an emergency 5 day responce due to the trees condition please. The client has agreed to do plant like for like in a new location to make sure there is nothing in the soil that has caused the tree to decline so rapidly.

Fell Olive tree in raised front garden very close to the side wall of the garage. A structural surveyor noted that the root system of the tree is pushing against this wall, and has caused cracks to appear, and indicated that the removal of this tree is necessary to preserve the wall from further damage.
