Proposal
The wood on two of the four sash windows in kitchen area has seriously deteriorated. Further deterioration is expected to lead to failure of the windows and, hence, we seek to replace the deteriorated portions of the sash windows. Replace upper half of one sash window facing east in the kitchen - like for like with the exact same look and dimensions. Replace lower half of sash window facing west in the kitchen - like for like the exact same look and dimensions.
