Removal of the Copper Beech tree. Copper Beech tree located at 51 Denmark Road, on the boundary of 51 Denmark Road and 65 Henry Road. This is the only tree protected by TPO 293. The tree is on a boundary and the trunk has encroached across the boundary, causing physical damage to both the driveway at 65 Henry Road and also causing a raised obstruction on the pedestrian footpath between the two properties.

It also overhangs next doors driveway. I would like to apply to get the tree taken down for safety reasons and damage to driveway also potential damage by roots to the house in the future.

Following informal discussions with the Council's Tree Officer, it was recommended that a formal application/notification be submitted regarding the Hawthorn trees. For completeness and to avoid any uncertainty regarding tree protection status, the Elder trees have also been included within this submission.
