As a result there is a risk that the tree could cause damage to neighboring buildings in storm conditions due to it's 'leggy' size.   It's an indian bean tree located the front of the house. It is a very big tree and is causing damage to the driveway and the lamp post located near is possibly being effected by the roots and it isn't straight and is wobbly. It also overhangs next doors driveway. I would like to apply to get the tree taken down for safety reasons and damage to driveway also potential damage by roots to the house in the future.
