The oak tree as outlined within the sketch plan requires pruning due to it's excessive size now encroaching upon neighbors houses, garages and surrounding shrubs. As a result there is a risk that the tree could cause damage to neighboring buildings in storm conditions due to it's 'leggy' size. The oak tree is positioned within the boundaries of 30 St Swithuns road, approximately 3ft from the public path adjacent to St. Swithuns Road. Considering it's extensive size/length of branches it is recommended that crown reduction work shall need to be carried out in order to retain a balanced shape. Only the Oak tree as highlighted within the sketch plan requires worked to be carried out. The site is located within a conservation area and no specific TPO number has been identified for the Oak tree. A recommendation for submission and works to be carried out within January in order to protect the tree and avoid any potential risks of diseases when pruning within the warmer summer months.

    2. Large Laurel on the church boundary, opposite the Sweet Chestnut. Trim hard all over to contain and shape. 3. Beech tree with failed limb overhanging the field. Clear the fallen limb and reduce the broken limb back to a live side growth. 4. Lime tree by the corner of the church. Remove all low branches back to the boundary or the trunk, up to the height of the church gutter line. Prune branches above to clear the roof by at least 2m. 6. Holly tree to the right of the house by the boundary wall. Fell to near ground level; treat the stump to discourage regrowth. Further treatment is occasionally necessary ? this would be chargeable. 7. Prunus stems by the front wall, near the garage. Remove the leaning stem (with a broken branch) which is touching the garage roof; prune back to the vertical stem.

It's an indian bean tree located the front of the house. It is a very big tree and is causing damage to the driveway and the lamp post located near is possibly being effected by the roots and it isn't straight and is wobbly. It also overhangs next doors driveway. I would like to apply to get the tree taken down for safety reasons and damage to driveway also potential damage by roots to the house in the future.

    29 Kingsmead Gloucester GL4 5DY

Oak tree covered by an area TPO. A reduction is required to preserve the surrounding properties due to the tree encroaching on boundary gardens. The roots of the tree are already disturbing foundations and causing heave. Suggested reduction of 30%. The impacted tree does not appear to be labelled (or this cannot be identified from documents seen), aerial view of the tree provided. The tree sits within the boundary of 29 Kingsmead, encroaching the neighbouring properties, 47 & 48 Kennett Gardens.
