Remove redundant fire escape and infill metal doors with reclaimed bricks. Remove existing redundant metal fire escape and make good to render and mortar with like for like repairs. Remove existing fire door and frame, infill with reclaimed bricks from the property (from reduced chimney stack). Removal of a small skylight (not original fabric of the building) and making good to the roof using material to match the existing.
