In winds it has a lot of branches coming down which is worrying due to the height of the tree and potential damage to ours and neighbouring properties.   It's an indian bean tree located the front of the house. It is a very big tree and is causing damage to the driveway and the lamp post located near is possibly being effected by the roots and it isn't straight and is wobbly. It also overhangs next doors driveway. I would like to apply to get the tree taken down for safety reasons and damage to driveway also potential damage by roots to the house in the future.
