Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register

Proposal

Oak directly behind house with multiple upright branches and a fan shaped crown - Branches towards dwelling have been pruned back to a height of 7.6m above ground level but south side of crown 13m tall. Reduce height of crown over woodland by 3-3.5m shortening upright branches to give a rounded natural shape. Oak to east of dwelling overhanging rear boundary - Lower crown over garden has been poorly cut back to boundary. Reduce main upright limb nearest roof to a point just below tear and just above gutter height. Reduce other upright branches over woodlands by 3-4m at suitable forks.

The proposal seeks the partial change of use of the former Greg Dimplex site at Little Mountain, Buckley. The development involves the conversion of approximately 50% of the existing building to provide a multi-use indoor leisure facility. The proposed uses include a padel tennis club, a small ancillary coffee shop, a gym/fitness area, and an indoor football facility. The development will utilise the existing building footprint with no significant external alterations, focusing on internal reconfiguration to accommodate the new leisure uses. The scheme aims to bring the vacant building back into active use, providing community sports and recreational facilities while supporting local employment and improving the vitality of the site.
