T1 Mature single stemmed Sycamore. Height +/- 22m. Distance from stem base to dwelling: +/- 11.9m Recommendations: Reduce by up to 5m, the length of south; west; and northerly oriented lateral and semi-upright primary and secondary limbs attached to the main stem between 5m 6m, height (above ground level). Reduce the height of the crown by up to 3m, (to suitable pruning points). T2 - Mature single stemmed Sycamore. Height +/- 22m. Distance from stem base to dwelling: +/- 13m Recommendations: Reduce by up to 4m, the length of south and westerly oriented primary and secondary limbs attached to the main stem between 5m 8m height. Reduce the height of the crown by up to 3m, to suitable pruning points. T3 Mature single stemmed Sycamore. Height: +/- 22m. Distance from stem base to dwelling: +/- 17.5m Recommendations: Reduce the length of north-easterly oriented primary and secondary limbs, i.e., overhanging the adjacent park premises, by up to 3m to suitable pruning points. Reduce by up to 3m secondary and tertiary limbs attached to the approx. southerly oriented primary bough growing from the main stem at circa 5m height. T4 Mature single stemmed sycamore. Height: +/- 23m. Distance from stem base to dwelling: +/- 21m Leave the upper crown intact and: Remove primary limbs attached to the main stem below 6m height.
