    The proposed building is for agricultural use as the agricultural business is expanding and the number of livestock increasing. The new building will be used for the storage hay, straw and feed and will be located within close proximity of the existing buildings on the holding. The applicant also prefers to make say as his view is that is less expensive and more environmentally friendly as there is not use of plastic wrap and fewer tractor operations are required to make it so less diesel is used.
