Compliance with Condition 13 of Planning Permission 23/01107/FULL - BEFORE ANY WORKS START ON SITE; an updated, finalised version of the Construction Environmental Management Plan ('CEMP') shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, Fife Council as Planning Authority. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, British Standard BS 5228: Part 1: 2009 "Noise and Vibration Control on Construction and Open Sites" and BRE Publication BR456 - February 2003 "Control of Dust from Construction and Demolition Activities" shall be consulted. The CEMP shall also include all mitigation measures for protected species as set out within the Preliminary Ecological Assessment. All construction works shall then be carried out in full accordance with the approved details.
