Pruning cuts will not exceed 60mm I diameter and in accordance with the 1/3rd rules. The overall reduction will decrease the sail factor and will shift the tree natural gravitational pull eastward toward lower occupancy zone. The tree has a hollow area with east side cavity where pool is present, although the ratio of residual wall thickness is still far greater than 1/3, however the reduction should be consider a multi stages retrenchment with a projected replication of reductions with 8-10 years interval to contain overall spread in long term.
