Proposal
Notification of intent to Fell No. 1 Tree within a Conservation Area. T1 - Rowan (Sorbus aucuparia): Fell to ground level. The tree suffered a structural failure where a major limb collapsed onto the public highway. Subsequent inspection revealed severe internal heartwood rot, bark peeling, and fungal bracket growth throughout the remaining trunk, posing an ongoing hazard to the highway and neighbouring property.
