Notification of intent to Fell No. 1 Group, Fell No. 2 Trees and carry out Tree Surgery works to No. 3 Trees within a Conservation Area. G1 - group of mixed shrubs: In poor spacing and in close contact with boundary wall in places. Fell all but the two Winter flowering viburnum. Replant with better spacing and more suitable shrines for the location. S1 - Pittosporum: crown raise to facilitate the parking space S2 - ceonothus. Poor form and crowding the fencing and gate area. Fell to ground level. Replanting will be done to maintain shrub stocks throughout the garden. T1 - multi stemmed cherry. Poor form, becoming too large for locality to house. Low options for size management without disrupting the growth habit and overall aesthetic of the tree. Fell to ground level. Replant a more suitable tree elsewhere in the garden within the further development of the grounds. T2 - Cherry: good form and pruning options. Prune by up to 2m in height and spread with pruning cuts not exceeding 75mm in diameter. T3 - Magnolia: good form, very close to boundary wall. Prune by up to 2m in height and spread with pruning cuts not exceeding 75mm in diameter.
