In lieu of this hedging and the Yew & Cypress trees, we would like to firstly install a fence for privacy, but also plant new laurel hedging to both sides of the fence so that in time the fence can be removed and an established and maintained hedge is left. This would ensure the street scene is unchanged. We would look to buy established laurel plants so that this creates a visible hedging from the outset. H1 on plan. T3 - laurel - adjacent to mix species hedging. Reduce laurel by approximately 50% in size, mainly to the garden side. Lightly reduce on the river side to keep some foliage present, to reduce the change to the street scene and maintain privacy into our garden. AMENDED SPECIFICATION 16.07.26 T1 - Radial reduction of 1-1.5m in accordance with BS3998.
