Proposal
Lime Tree A (front of property) - pollarding requested Ginkgo Tree B - request that it be cut down, as my tree surgeon has advised that the tree is dying Large fir tree C- Large fir tree is very close to the neighbour's property (at rear) and I am concerned that it may fall down in high winds causing likely damage/ death. I would like it cut down or lopped. Lime tree D- pollarding requested

Reduce sycamore (1) and fir tree (2) on boundary of property. These are currently 40-45 feet high and are encroaching on neighbouring property and impacting on boundary wall. We want to keep the trees but they are dangerously tall and we feel they are a potential hazard. We wish to reduce each of them by approximately 10 feet and remove several of the lower branches which overhang neighbours garden. Prune one bough of magnolia tree (3) by approximately five feet as it is encroaching on telephone wire.

T1 - Ash Suggested Works: reduce height by 2-3 metres, Maximum Diameter of Cuts (MDC) 50mm. Reduce western aspect by 3 metres, MDC 75mm. Reduce northeastern and southwestern aspects by 2 metres, 50mm Crown lift above shed. Remove major hazardous deadwood. T2 - Lime Suggested Works: Reduce height and southern lateral spread by 2 metres, MDC 50mm. Prune remaining to reshape, tidy and contain. Rationale: The Ash tree is twin stemmed, the structural integrity of its basal union is in doubt. These works are necessary to reduce loading and reduce the risk posed by this tree to an acceptable level. Reduction works to the Lime are proposed as part of the reasonable maintenance of this vigorous tree.
