South East corner of building: T1: Holm Oak: Prune over hanging branches to achieve a minimum 1.5m clearance from building. Crown lift secondary branches only to achieve 2.5m above public footpath. Tree is encroaching onto building and blocking public footpath. All pruning cuts to be made at suitable growth points. All works to be carried out in accordance with BS 3998:2010 ? Tree Work Recommendations. Remove all cut material from site and return to a Teign Trees depot for recycling. The area will be left safe, clean, and tidy on completion.
