T1 - Monterey Cypress Suggested Works: Remove lowest south eastern limb back to source. Reduce south eastern crown by 1.5-2 metres, approximately in line with the middle of the road. I have been asked to reduce back some branches/crown lift a tree over the driveway at Sydenham House as the bin lorry is catching the branches of a purple beech. I would be crown lifting by approx. 5 metres and cutting the branches back by a little under half to keep the shape but keep the tree back off the drive. I am aware that the property is within a conservation area and so would you please let me know whether I can simply do this or whether further information is required. Please see the attached photo which shows the purple beech just before the drive curves around.
