T1 - Large Holm Oak on corner of communal grounds, over Regents park rd - Reduce the central stem with the significant vertical crack (likely caused by lightning strike) to the bowl of the tree. 15-16 inch diameter pruning cut. - Reduce the adjacent north west facing stem (growing towards 11 regents park) to the previous growth points. 3-4 inch pruning cuts. - Crown lift from the roadside to highways guidelines, and prune from the pole and lines. T2 - Holm Oak (tree nearest side boundary with No 17 Regents Park - not the larger Holm Oak overhanging the communal lawn): Fell
