Rear garden 1x Oak growing from adjacent allotments - Pollard to a height of approximately 3-4m above ground level, where it has been done historically. - Tree in competition with the larger oak tree behind it which has led to it growing out and heavily over the garden area. There are historic pruning cuts showing that the tree has been pollarded before and has responded well from the pruning previously. 1x Olive tree - Reduce in height by 1.5m. Trim remaining canopy to shape. Works to prevent accumulation of tree works. Prune back vegetation that is overhanging garden to fence line. 1x Contorted Hazel - Remove the stem that is growing against the neighbour's timber outbuilding. 1x Smoke bush - Fell to ground level and eco plug stump.

T1 eucalyptus. - reduce by up to six meters. t1 has a severe lean towards the property and has previously been pollarded to an approximately 3 meter tall stump. there is a large open area of decay in the rear side of the main stem, deeply compromising the anchoring factor of the rear side of the stem, this decay has been observed and recorded over multiple previous surveys and it is now recommended that a reduction by up to six meters is required to removal a significant amount of weight from the canopy and take the tree out of striking distance from the property.

The neighbours in the adjoining property, The Old Rectory in Matford Lane, are supportive of the proposal. Ginko Tree next to and damaging the ancient cob wall between 1 Long Acres and the properties in Wayland Avenue. The Ginko is to be cut down to a height of between 1 and 2 metres to hopefully enable it to regrow but pruned regularly on the wall side of the trunk to train it away from the wall.

Oak tree on no mans land embankment which over looks garden of 18 Falkland Close, Exeter, EX4 5EZ. It has a large branch overhanging our garden. Tree surgeon Mitchell Tree Surgery has visited site and advised it needs to be removed. He says it is a large overhanging heavy limb which could cause considerable damage. Last year a large branch from a neighbouring oak next to It came down in a storm and caused damage. Our neighbours in number 18 and ourselves are concerned about this particular branch we wish to report to be removed. The tree itself has grown to 60 foot plus range and we all feel our houses are at risk. Sketch plan attached
