Planning application

29 Horseguards Exeter Devon EX4 4UU

Granted Exeter 23/0197/CAT Works to Trees in a Conservation Area

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

A dying conifer in our enclosed rear garden measuring approx 15/18ft high with a 6ft base diameter needs to be removed. The tree is overlooked by a 25ft high wall. We need to remove the tree to carry out simple garden works and allow a little more light into the garden. The tree is in the rear corner of the garden that measures approximately 35ft x 25ft. The tree is dying and going brown with little greenery showing. We are requesting the complete removal and disposal of the tree flush with the ground. The tree is not protected by a TPO but is within a conservation area hence the request.
