Planning application

8A Sylvan Road Exeter Devon EX4 6EW

Granted Exeter 21/1102/TPO Works to Protected Trees (TPO)

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

T1 - Lawson cypress tree - Fell Reasons - Small tree with no significant amenity value. It is potentially outcompeting the Blue Atlas cedar immediately adjacent. The Atlas cedar has a number of main branches growing through the Lawson cypress. The Atlas Cedar is a more important specimen; the removal of the Lawson cypress will improve the vigour, form, and potential life span of the Cedar.
