Proposal

Prior approval for the formation of a first floor utilising the same design as the original house. The proposed upward extension will be formed on the principle part of the dwelling finished in facing brick to match the existing property. The upward extension maintains the same fenestration detailing as the original property as well as the same profile as the original roof form.
