The following trees are located down the footpath adjacent to the property, Tree ID number given is also a reference to the Yards down the footpath where the trees are located. Works on the Line are Required to prolong the health of the trees and insure there no further damage to property. 6-Sycamore Small-Light reduction back from property 10-Sycamore Medium-Light reduction back from property 12-Ash Medium-Light reduction back and lift off of building 19-Sycamore Large-Light reduction back and lift off of building 20-Hawthorn/ Ivy Small-Poor Health should be cut back and reduced to safe height 21-Sycamore Small-Light cut back and lift off of building 33-Sycamore Large-Light cut back and lift off of building 50-Ash Extra Large-This has not been touched for a long time and has over extended lateral branches that are overweight and due to be reduced, 30% Reduction. 52-Sycamore Large-Requires a light 15%reduction back from property. 56-Sycamore Large-This reaches right over the boundary of 74 and should be 30%reduced back. 60-Sycamore Medium-Requires 20% reduction to keep maintained and managed. 83-Sycamore Large-Requires a 20% Reduction to keep maintained and managed. The Following are located in the grounds of Graylands A- Silver Birch at front of property, has lots of deadwood reducing the height by 25% should give the Silver Birch a new lease of life. Rear Garden B- Large Eucalyptus, dose have a severe lean but is foreseeable safe, I would recommend a slight reduction to balance the tree but mainly to thin the density of the crown. C- Large Silver Birch, Healthy tree with no foreseeable major defects, We would recommend a 20% reduction keeping a well maintained tree benefiting both yourselves and neighbours. D- Cherry tree behind pool house this is completely unbalanced with a slight reduction wouldn't balance the tree but will certainly help it and pro long is life. E- Extra Large Ash right at the back of garden, on boundary line, this could do with being maintained with a nice 30% Reduction. F- Eucalyptus no major works required a slight lift. G- Cherry tree in front of the Silver Birches, all need a slight tidy up with a 20% Reduction. H- Silver Birch 20% Reduction to Create a well maintained healthy tree. I - Silver Birch slightly unbalanced towards property and also requires a 20% reduction and balance of crown.
