Outline Planning Application (with some matters reserved- appearance, landscaping, layout, scale) for the phased construction of two development plots delivering residential (Class C3) and flexible commercial / community uses (Classes E, F.1, and/or F.2), alongside all associated parking, plant, infrastructure, access, and hard and soft landscaping (which will deliver public realm, circulation routes, amenity areas, ecological enhancements and play space). (An Environmental Statement, including a non-technical summary, also accompanies the planning application in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended)).
