The tree is starting to rub on the roof of the adjacent neighbours (No.6) property causing an actionable nuisance.reduce the lower southern tertiary lateral to point of origin from secondary lateral 4m. To provide a 2-3m clearance from the neighbours roof. Sever Ivy at ground level and remove deadwood. To prevent actionable nuisance and safety works for owner and neighbour.
