The trees have grown very tall since the last prune 30 years ago and are becoming a problem to neighbours restrictions light & dropping of debris onto property. Current height 13m, reduce by 5m, remaining height 8m. Reduce back the sides to previous pruning areas, removing approximately 3m. Current width 9m, remaining width 6m. Reduce branch over the neighbours building back to previous pruned area, approximately 3.5m to be removed from this limb T2 Sweet Chestnut- Reduce the height of this tree down to previous pollard area. T3 Sweet chestnut- Reduce the height of this twin stemmed tree down to previous pollard area. The trees have grown very tall since the last prune 30 years ago and are becoming a problem to neighbours restrictions light & dropping of debris onto property. Current height 13m, reduce by 5m, remaining height 8m. Reduce back the sides to previous pruning areas, removing approximately 2m. Current width 8m, remaining width 6m. T4 Sweet chestnut- Reduce the entire crown of this tree down to previous reduction areas approximately 2m to be removed all over. Current height 10m, reduce by 2m, remaining height 8m. Current width 8m, remaining width 6m. Remove all major dead wood from trees.

    Esher Conservation Area - T1 Leyland Cypress (Rear Garden) Fell to ground level. Reason for Works: The tree is situated in very close proximity to the adjacent outbuilding. As the tree has matured, the stem has increased to a diameter at breast height (DBH) of approximately 40 cm and is now in direct contact with the structure, causing abrasion and damage to the building. Due to the ongoing increase in stem diameter, further structural damage is considered likely if the tree is retained. The proposed removal is therefore necessary to prevent additional damage while maintaining the safety and integrity of the adjacent structure. T2 Lawson Cypress (Rear Garden) Remove one large declining lateral limb and carry out a crown clean to remove all deadwood throughout the canopy. Reason for Works: A substantial lateral limb is in decline, exhibiting extensive dieback and a significant reduction in live foliage. The removal of this limb is proposed to reduce the risk of branch failure and improve the tree's overall condition. In addition, deadwood will be removed throughout the crown to eliminate potential hazards, improve canopy health, and form part of routine arboricultural management.
