Proposal
East Molesey Kent Town Conservation Area - We have four Lawson Cyprus trees on the rear boundary of our property. Two are now in significant decline (Nos 1 and 2 on plan), one has died (No 3 on plan) and 1 is beginning to show signs of decline (No 4). We would like to fell 1,2 and 3 and cut out the dead wood from No 4. We would like to plant 6 espalier fruit trees along the rear wall to replace the felled trees, including Gala apple, Braeburn apple and Victoria plum.
