Reason for Works: The tree has previously undergone limited maintenance, primarily involving the removal of dead branches. Since that time, additional branches have become dead or are showing signs of decline. The tree has become significantly overgrown, with branches extending into neighbouring gardens. There are concerns regarding the risk of falling deadwood, particularly as the garden is used by families and children. Previous branch failures have occurred, including incidents reported by neighbouring residents.
