Fir Tree (T1) - Crown reduction by up to 1.5m throughout the outer crown, with all pruning cuts made back to suitable natural growth points to restore and maintain a balanced, natural crown form. The leading growth has developed a lean towards the adjacent property, resulting in an unbalanced crown structure. Reduction will reduce end-weight on the affected side and encourage the development of a more balanced crown, helping the tree to maintain an upright growth habit. The works are intended to support the tree's long-term health, stability, and retention within the landscape. Pruning is proportionate and will not adversely affect the tree's amenity value.
