Lay hedge to reinforce boundary feature to aid its retention in the future. 1Group Ash (G3) - Remove. Declining canopy with ash dieback and asymmetrical canopies towards the highway. Treat stumps to prevent regrowth. 1no. Oak (T4) - Remove due to lean and asymmetrical canopy towards building. 1no. Oak (T5) - Reduce from current height of 20m to final height of 15m with horizontal radial canopy spread of 6m due to adjacent anticipated tree removals and slight asymmetrical canopy. Replacement tree planting to include, trees to be planted within 5m of the removed trees: 1no. beech fagus sylvatica (loss of T1) & 1no. hornbeam Carpinus betulus (loss of T3) And a hedge to be interplanted with additional (c200 1+1u bare root or 1 litre pots) British native plants to gap up the hedge, add biodiversity to the hedge, and to aid its retention into the future.
