2no. Oak (T1 & T2)- Re-pollarding by approximately 5-5.5m to previous pollard points. Previous points are decaying therefore, promoting the failure or partial failure of the regrowth of which is now occurring within multiple locations in the trees canopy. Works are as a consequence to previous pollarding. Located within carpark with unrestricted access & constitutes high target value. Consider if managing trees on an ongoing cyclical programme of works is appropriate.

Full survey done by CBA in 2022 and they provided some advice for future health hence the request.
