Recladding and internal alterations to existing Barn to South East of dwellinghouse including photovoltaic panels to roof (relocated from barn to be demolished) to form leisure accommodation. Installation of outdoor swimming pool with associated landscaping features. Erection of single storey plant room structure. Air source heat pump installation to serve pool. Removal of overgrown hazel shrubs.
