Proposal
Prior Notification (Demolition) - The building to be demolished is the existing vacant garage/workshop building at 159 Beccles Road, Bungay, NR35 1HX. The existing building is a utilitarian single-storey garage/workshop structure located within an established residential frontage on Beccles Road. The submitted existing ground floor plan identifies the building as a garage of approximately 312sqm. The existing elevation drawings show a low-rise structure with a roof level of approximately 4.175m. The building is vacant, redundant, and in a poor state of repair, with the roof understood to be in extremely poor condition. An asbestos survey is submitted with the application and will be reviewed by the appointed contractor before any intrusive works commence.
