Screening Opinion - Construction of 3no. approximately 12.5-metre diameter, approximately 16-metre-high storage tanks. Installation of a new pipeline in an existing trench. Construction of a new concrete pump raft for 3 pumps. Installation of new pipework, valving and instrumentation within the bund and adjacent areas to facilitate the operation of the site. Construction of a new road loading facility with 2no. fuel delivery arms and safety barriers. Installation of new drainage, including forecourt separator and sewerage treatment plant. Construction of buildings for site operations, offices, welfare and workshops. New fencing, security barriers & gates around existing bund and adjacent new features.
