Proposal

Retrospective application for an outbuilding. The building is timber built, open fronted with slatted panels for walls and shingles over a plywood roof. The side of the outbuilding facing the house is an apex with maximum height measured today of 3455mm. There are 5 pitches on the roof for aesthetic purposes and only a very small proportion of the total roof area is therefore over the permitted 3metre height.
