T1 - Oak - Reduce radial crown spread to the south to no less than 8 m to clear dwelling. Reduce easterly spread from 12 m to no less than 9 m. Reduce westerly spread to no less than 8 m to balance. Reduce the branch growing to the northwest back to points. Remove all poorly attached dead wood. Reduce height from 27 m to no less than 20 m.
