Proposal
Poplar - sever and remove roots up to 50mm diameter within a 1m section of the root protection area (RPA) at a depth of 0.5m. Root mitigation will be by pruning done using hand tools followed by installation of protective soil covers. Rebuilding of the retaining boundary wall.
