T1 - Oak: reduce northerly branch where overhanging house, Maximum Diameter of Cuts (MDC) 100mm. Tip prune any other foliage to achieve a 2m vertical clearance. T2 - Oak: reduce North, northwest and western aspects by 2.5m to achieve an approximate 3m clearance from house, MDC 50-100mm. Reduce eastern limb overhanging greenhouse by 2.5m with an MDC of 50mm, crown lift to 4m above ground level MDC 25mm. Remove major hazardous deadwood. T3 - Oak: dismantle dead leaning tree to near ground level. T4 - Oak: remove major hazardous deadwood capable of breaching West Hill Road.
