T3 Silver Birch, Tree is located in neighbouring garden (45 Deacons Lane) - Cut back lowermost branch, raising canopy, as per the Arboricultural Method Statement (AMS - 25/00658/VAR 47 Deacons Lane), approved under Planning Application ref 24/00732/FUL, Crown lift the tree on the southeastern side to ensure clearance of the 3.6 metres at the ridge and 2.5 metres at the front and rear elevations of the proposed garden office. The height of the lowermost branch is approximately 4.5m and proposed to be lifted as branches hang down obstructing garden office door. Please see marked photograph
