Works to facilitate conversion of stable block to guest accommodation. Internal works include: removal of existing and insertion of new partitions, introduction of 6no ensuites, replacement of flooring and introduction of ceiling and roof linings. External works include: part rebuild of rear elevation, insertion of 2no rooflights, replacement of windows and doors, creation of 2no window openings, introduction of weatherboarding to rear laundry and removal of canopy and timber structure, replacement of weatherboarding and timber framing and introduction of glazing to vents to E elevation.
