Proposal
Repair and rebuild required following collapse of stonework facing of boundary wall. This is a retaining wall to rear of property, overlooking Chamberlaine Road. Traditional stonework collapsed 6.11.2022, exposing breezeblock inner wall. Crack in breezeblock structure caused by hawthorn growing too close to wall. (1) Plan to remove hawthorn including rootball to prevent further damage. (2) Make good breezeblock wall running parallel to road. (3) Replace and refurbish stonework using original stones. (4) Repair and refurbish short section of boundary wall running at right angles to Chamberlaine Road, using original stones.
