Proposal

Replacement of section of boundary wall running parallel with Chamberlaine Road. Wall has been damaged by vehicle collisions. Gate pier damaged. Gate unable to close. Cracks in wall. Building regulations require structures to be structurally sound and maintained. All stonework to be dismantled and then rebuilt using existing stone. Inward facing section of wall built of freeze block to remain as is. Replacement wall to be in footprint of existing wall. Replacement wall to be no higher than existing wall. No work is planned to boundary wall running at right angles to Chamberlaine Road. No work is planned on any boundary wall shared with neighbouring property. Property is in a Conservation Area. This is a RETROSPECTIVE application.
