Proposal

Construct a new extension connected to the existing potting shed lean-to with a glazed link. Retain both the existing timber summer house and the potting shed to be used as ancillary residential accommodation to the main dwelling. Demolish the existing free-standing greenhouse currently situated between the timber outbuilding and the existing lean-to.
