Proposal
The removal of the permitted development right for the material change of use from a use falling within Class C3 (dwellinghouse) of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended) to a use falling within Class C4 (Houses in Multiple Occupation) of the said Order and not being development comprised within any other Class. An application will therefore need to be made to the Council for the grant of planning permission under Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) before such development can take place.
