Proposal
Application for T1 Field Maple located between parking bays outside 41 Montagu Gardens. Currently has a lateral spread of around 3m each side -reduce the lateral branches over the parking bays by up to 2m and reduce the lateral branches towards the house and road by 1m; G2 group of 3 Cherry trees along Cameron Drive -currently around 12m with a spread of around 8-9m - reduce the height by around 3-4m and lateral spread by 3m. Aiming for a 30% overall reduction and tidy. Finally crown raise to 3.5m; T3 lime tree located along the fast track bus lane behind 51 Shiers Avenue- currently around 11m with a spread of around 5m - reduce the lateral branches back by around 1.5m and crown raise to the top of the fence this will also allow access through the back gate entrance; G4 group of trees located at the end of the parking bays on Birdwood Avenue - remove the lower growth to crown raise over the parking bays to 3.5m subject to Tree Preservation Order No.4 1996
